Can I calculate an estimate for shipping costs/delivery time?
To calculate shipping cost and time to your location, simply add the desired number of hangers to your cart. You can then estimate shipping time/cost on the product page using the "Estimate Shipping" tab, or from your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at the top of your page.
What's the status of my order?
Hanger orders are processed in the order they are received and are individually hand-made with care to your specifications. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be created before shipment. You will receive email notification once your order has shipped.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2 weeks of purchase. Rush orders ship a processed more quickly.
Will I receive an email when my order ships?
Yes, you should receive email notificatoin once your order has shipped.
Is there a tracking number available for my order?
Domestic (US):Yes, all domestic shipments come with a delivery confirmation number that will be emailed to you when your order ships.
International: Tracking is available on Standard and Rush packages to all international locations. Tracking is available on Slow packages to select countries only. These countries include: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.
When will my order be delivered?
The following are our estimated delivery times- keep in mind that these are estimates only and not a "guaranteed" delivery date. Delivery time may increase during high postal volume times such as the Holidays.
Domestic (US): Standard (12-14 Business Days*) - Rush (7 Business Days*)
International: Slow (4-7 Weeks) - Standard (3-4 Weeks) - Rush (12 Business Days* )
* Business days are Monday thru Friday, not including Saturday/Sunday.
How fast can these be done by?
Most order are ready to ship within 2 weeks of purchase. Rush orders receive prioritized handling and prodution, so they will ship faster.
I need my hanger by ____ date - can you do this?
Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout, so be sure to select a method that fits your deadline. Shipping quotes are in business days - Mon-Fri, not including Saturdays or Sundays. If you are unsure about your deadline, please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to several countries. If you do not see your country on the list at checkout and would like to place an order, please contact us.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the number of hangers you purchase, your location, and the shipping method you select. Shipping starts at $8.55 for domestic (US) orders, $12 to Canada, and $18 to all other countries.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
When will my card be charged?
We process all payments immediately at the time of purchase.
Do you store credit card details?
No, for customer security we do not store any credit card numbers
What currency are international orders billed in?Do you accept Euros and Canadian Dollars?
All orders are billed in USD at current exchange rates. Our currency conversion option is available to provide an exchange estimate to Euros or Canadian Dollars, however we do not bill in Euros or Canadian Dollars. Be aware that your credit card company may apply foreign exchange fees to your purchase.
General Questions
Your site says you have reached your Maximum Order Capacity for the day- what does this mean?
We are a small, handmade operation, so in order to ensure a prompt turnaround time on our hangers for everyone we only accept a certain amount of orders per day. During peak wedding season we usually reach or maximum capacity around noon Central time. Orders are opened back up at around Midnight Central time for the following day. Placing your order early in the morning (or very late at night) is your best bet during our busy times. Please note that these restrictions apply to retail orders only.
Can you put a heart on my hanger?
Absolutely! A heart counts as three (3) characters on the hanger.
How do I type a heart so that you'll know what I mean?
Typing "(heart)" works great for us! So if you would like two names with a heart between them, type: name(heart)name eg. john(heart)kim
Can I get capital letters on my hanger?
Yes, we'll make your hanger the way you type it, including capitals.
Can I get a date/numbers on my hanger?
No, at this time we only offer hangers in lowercase letters (a-z.)
Do you have ribbon colors other than white?
Yes! We have the following colors available by request: Ivory, Navy Blue, Coral Pink, Hot Pink, Lime Green, Deep Turquoise, Antique Gold, Amethyst Purple, Dusty Lavender, Rust Red, Black. All colors are subject to availability. Be sure to select the "Add White Bow" option before adding your hanger to your cart, then during checkout in the 'Notes' section you may request substitution with one of the above listed colors.
My name is longer than 13 characters - can I still purchase?
Please contact us first if the phrase you would like is longer than 13 characters, we'll let you know what we can do!
How can I include a gift note with my order?
You may include a gift note in the "special instructions" box at checkout and we will include it in the box with your order free of charge.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Do you offer wholesale or drop-shipping options for retail businesses?
Do you have phone support?
Not at this time. The cost of running full or part-time phone support would require us to drastically raise our prices. In order to keep prices fair to you, the consumer, we've chosen not to provide telephone support. We do however provide very responsive email support which can be reached via our
Contact Us page.
