Shipping & Returns

Shipping Times:

The majority of our products are made to order, therefore please allow 10 business days after cleared payment for your items to ship. Rush orders ship within 2 business days.  Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

We package all orders with the utmost care and ship via US Postal Service.  All shipping estimates include handling time.  Shipping times may increase during high volume periods such as the holiday season.  These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates, so please err on the side of caution when ordering with a specific deadline in mind.

Ready-To-Ship:

The items in our "Ready to Ship" section are already made, ready to go, and will ship out the next business day (Monday-Friday) after purchase.  Our regular shipping times do not apply to these items unless you have ordered a custom item at the same time.

Signature Confirmation:

In certain circumstances we do require a signature for delivery.  This includes orders over $200, orders shipped to offices, businesses or hotels, or as deemed prudent at our discretion.

Fees:

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs.

Texas Residents:

All Texas residents are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

International Customs/Import Fees:

As required by federal law, we declare the full value of the shipment on international customs forms. Please be aware of your country's import laws and understand that as the buyer you are responsible for all taxes and duties that your package may incur.

Refunds & Exchanges:

100% satisfation guaranteed!  If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will either make it right or issue a refund.  Refunds can only be issued up to 60 days after purchase. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
