Shipping & Returns
The majority of our products are made to order, therefore please allow 2 weeks after cleared payment for your items to ship when selecting "Slow" or "Standard" shipping methods. RUSH orders receive prioritized handling.* Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. *Please see table below for our delivery time estimates, which include production and shipping time.
We package all orders with the utmost care. All shipping estimates include handling time. Shipping times may increase during high volume periods such as the holiday season. These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates, so please err on the side of caution when ordering with a specific deadline in mind.

To get an acurate shipping estimate, first add the desired products to your cart. You can then calculate shipping time/cost to your location from the "Estimate Shipping" tab above the product description. You can also get a quote by adding products to your cart, then clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top left of the page and entering your location.
Our Standard and Rush shipping options include tracking to all countries.
Orders shipped internationally with the Slow option have tracking available to the following countries: Canada, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Israel, Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain and Switzerland.
All other destinations currently do not include tracking with the Slow shipping method.
The items in our "Ready to Ship" section are already made, ready to go, and will ship out the next business day (Monday-Friday) after purchase. Our regular handling times do not apply to these items unless you have ordered a custom item at the same time. (Subtract 10 business days [mon-fri] from your delivery estimate for Standard/Slow orders, and subtract 1 business day for Rush orders.)
In certain circumstances we do require a signature for delivery. This includes orders over $200, orders shipped to offices, businesses or hotels, or as deemed prudent at our discretion.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs.
All shipments sent within Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
International Customs/Import Fees:
As required by federal law, we declare the full value of the shipment on international customs forms. Please be aware of your country's import laws and understand that as the buyer you are responsible for all taxes and duties that your package may incur.
Refunds & Exchanges:
100% satisfation guaranteed! If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will either make it right or issue a refund. Refunds can only be issued up to 60 days after purchase. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
